She can help you comprehend the barriers that negatively affect the achievements of a joyful and pleasant life.

Registered Therapeutic Counsellor
Maria Capobianco is a Certified Brazilian Psychologist (CRP 110896/06) and a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (Registration number 2213). She graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition with first class honours and holds the designation of Certified Nutrition Practitioner, and completed a 200 hour Meditation Teacher Training with The Lab of Meditation, in Vancouver, BC.
Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Psychology Training degree, and is specialized in Psychosomatic Studies and Learning Disabilities. She is currently completing a Master of Science in Applied Psychology. Maria has continuously improved her education and experience in Liberation Psychology and possesses great experience helping people achieve their personal goals and a better health state. In addition to counselling, Maria has worked as Educational Counsellor and developed and facilitated several workshops for educators and instructors. She was a teacher and lecturer at Undergraduate and Graduate levels for the past years. Her approach is based on many years of training in Analytical Psychology, Existential Analysis, Educational Psychology, Psychosomatic and Radical Therapy. It is also based on her belief that health means balance and integration of one’s emotional, physical, social and mental states.
Maria has also been deeply involved in her community providing lectures and volunteer counselling for those in need.
