About me

I help people make sense of difficult experiences and create meaningful, lasting change.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping individuals understand, process, and overcome emotional distress while fostering well-being and personal growth. I work with people who have experienced trauma in its many forms, recognizing how overwhelming experiences can shape emotions, relationships, and one’s sense of self.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating the psychological effects of trauma, including those related to interpersonal violence, chronic stress, oppression, and major life transitions. My background includes significant work with immigrant mental health, particularly the challenges associated with cultural adjustment, identity, and systemic stressors.

In therapy, I collaborate with clients to deepen awareness, strengthen coping capacities, and address patterns that may interfere with living a more grounded, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

My areas of specialty include treating trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, self-esteem and self-worth.
